Refund & Exchange Policy
All refunds/exchanges on FWFC merchandise require submission of a Return/Exchange form along with the item being returned or exchanged.
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We accept exchanges for 30 days after purchase as long as the item has the tags attached and has not been washed or worn.
Exchanges can be made in-person during the local pick-up hours, or you can mail them back to our mailing address noted on the return/ exchange form. Allow 5-7 days to process returns and in-stock exchanges. We will let you know if your item is out of stock. Shipping is not refunded unless the item is defective, or the wrong item was sent.

If you need a new size, please send your package back to the address below. Once we receive your items, we will ship the new items back to you. Be sure to include exchange form with the merchandise.

✺Defective or Wrong Items
If your item is defective or we shipped you the wrong product, please email us at shop@fortwaynefc.com. We will send you back a new item and provide you packaging to return the defective or wrong item.
